Walmart: your new local gun store

Feelings on Wal Mart and what they do to Mom and Pop's aside, I'm VERY happy to see a mass market re-open for the general public to become armed. I view more affordable weapons in the hands of legal citizens as a good thing, and what better way to reach people than Wallie World.

!!!WARNING!!! DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THAT PROTEC WEAPON LIGHT.... I got one last March and it never even made it to the range... first time I gave it a good smack with my hand it shut off, within a week I was lucky if it turned on at all... My buddy bought one thinking I was just unlucky... by the fallowing morning his was doing the same thing... they're junk, don't waist your money.

the Duluth Walmart has that same Blackhawk selection, and the ammo case seems to be pretty full lately.

They have Tulammo 7.62x39 ,steel case, box of 20, for $4.97 and .223 100 pack, Remington, 55 grain for $39

My cart last night was beer, diapers, and ammo.

I think I might be a redneck.

Awesome ... making it easy for people like this (http://www.peopleofwalmart.com) ...

Maybe they have cheap prices and I know I go against some 100 million customers per week by saying this, but God I hate Walmart and refuse to support any of their efforts. F*ck 'em.

They should all have one of these puppies flying out front:

Ha, no doubt. The same people that defend Walmart like it was their child, also ***** about dealing with outsourced over the phone customer service, migrant workers, and a lagging economy. They are just too stupid to see how they are all connected to Americans insatiable appetite for massive consumerism. The urge to purchase things as therapy, and making buying decisions based soley on ticket price, and not cost (to their community, the environment, and human rights). People without the ability to contemplate the whole consumer cycle only look at one thing, the amount they pay at the register, their brains can't comprehend anything beyond that, and that's why it is pointless to agrue with them. They simply don't have the grey matter neccesary to connect the dots.

Blackhawk is saturating the market with their product. I guess their mentality is, if it is seen everywhere, everyone will believe it is a great product and buy it. They do make good products, some are VERY pricey. With that being said, their Sporter line is very cost effective. You can tell they cut corners to be more cost effective though.

I prefer gear to be effective regardless the cost. If it's not well made I don't buy it.

I'm not sure about the gear but, the one here has Colt, Bushmaster, the DPMS Sportacle and, a Windham. They also had a Mini-14. The only Sig offering was was the 552 which was disappointing since, I'm curious what they would sell the Sig 556 for.
