Riders edge course through your local Harley Davidson dealer.
You picked a fine time > Sarcasm . But if you have just got to, I vote the Harley class . Not because I dig Harley but because I've been riding ...... a while ; and met a lot of Great folks that ride every kind a bike out there and everyone ....Everyone says the Harley class is best. You can bring your own bike or Harley will let you use one of their little "sport" bikes. I know several that purchased the bike Harley let them use for a couple grand (half what they book , or less?). Some folks are partial to a particular store (i think some feel like they're in a gang or something? idk) But I like every store I've visited. Killer Creek looks like the closest store to you and Lord... I wish I had all the money back that I spent there haha Great folks last time I was over that way. I gotta say that Southern Devil is an Awesome store with Awesome folks ; but that's the closest store to me . I never did any class but I grew up riding dirt bikes and such . Rule #1 People are CrazyMean now'a'days , So Watch Out . I don't know if they just hate motorcycles or just hate everyone and know they can bully up on someone riding? I think some are jealous that they don't have a bike? idk. They're gonna say "I didn't see you" if they can hit you or run you off the road....ask me how i know haha . If they "didn't see you" then they weren't looking So remember that . Rule #2 There's no rule for skill from me . If you don't learn how to ride on very low traffic roads before hitting the congested areas well you're a Dumb*** and none of my advise will help you anyway. I ride 99% of the time (no matter the weather) and I still love it , it's like Valium for me. Good Luck, Prayer sent, and have a good time .
I have died before, it wasn't that bad.
I have also spent 30 years of the 40 I have been on this earth in the wind and wouldn't give it up for anything. I have been down twice, but it didn't kill me. If it does one day, at least I get to go out doing something I love rather than keeling over in the shower one morning from a heart attack, or worse yet standing in a parking lot at work talking to a security guard (what I was doing when I had my brain hemorrhage).
Just remember... there are those that have been down and those that are going down. If you ride, sooner or later you're going down. Not if, but when. Watch everybody and everything and enjoy the ride, nothing better.

Until you can take a class, watch Twist of the Wrist part 2. Proper vision (where to look and what to look for) and understanding why a bike acts the way it does. Also google any of Nick Ienanatsh vids and articles.
After you have the basics, look into Cornerspin or American Supercamps. Both are excellent schools. Too much fun and cheap for what you learn
