Wanted just a quick Jambalaya

I am hooked on that sausage y'all recommended, I cooked some onions and sausage up, peeled and diced a sweet onion, peeled some medium shrimp, 1 can of rotels with 3 cloves of diced garlic..And into the pot with a box of Zatarain's Jambalaya mix.

gotta stir simmer covered and wait..

I have another type they make I have not tried yet, just using up the original package..I get mine at Wally World no problem..
