I’m almost 60. I sit in a ladder stands for 3 hours. I only have to walk 10 minutes to the stand. I know about wicking socks. My toes ALWAYS get cold!!!!!! Tell me the answer!

Couple pairs of socks and get you some of those hand warmer brand toe warmers
Thanks but does not work for me. The hand warmers work off oxygen and there is little oxygen inside a boot.
What kind of boots are you wearing now? Insulated boots?

Liner sock and a good wool sock,insulated boots with enough room for the socks. The insulation needs loft to work properly and if its packed with heavy socks it wont work properly. Also a youth sleeping bag works,comes up under your arms and you still have mobility.
Circulation is key in keeping your feet warm. Buy oversized boots so your not cutting off the blood flow.

Yeah the boots are plenty enough to keep your toes warm. Socks might be too thick making your feet sweat which in return makes your toes get cold.
I switched to insulated rubber this year and I'm loving them. It was wind chill of 33 early this week and wet, all i had was light crew socks and toasty toes on and never got cold.
