That's some good shooting right there. We've been using the 223 exclusively for the last year and a half and love it. With the right bullets its BAD medicine to hogs.
There's a lot of Haji's banging virgins in paradise right now because of the .223... I wouldn't want to get hit with one...
I was runing a 308 and 223 ,and now I am running 2 223s . If that tells you anything. Those 75 gr hps are bad buisness.
Kinda my story too, was using 2 - 308's and a 223 then phased them out. Went with all 223's. Now I'm upgrading to all 'piston' units. So much cleaner, smoother recoil. Lot to love.
Something I'd like to try next is a GMX/Barnes in 45g-50g at FPS 3600+, see if its smoother shooting, flatter and less lead needed. That seems to mess most folks up when they are on the pigs. Never lead enough. The idea of a bullet that opens up double dia then doesn't come apart with that much velocity. Lets just say I cant wait to 'test; it out.. I LOVE that crap!!

What bullet are you using?
Hornaday BTHP 75g. I believe its a match bullet and not a dedicated 'hunting' round.
That would be the one ,and its nasty !!!!!
