Why do black folks like to congregate in the streets? Seems like every time you hear about someone being run over in ATL it’s a black person crossing or walking in the street. It ain’t that hard, look before you cross, don’t play or walk in the street and don’t block traffic. Pretty simple ****.

Right, around here they built big giant sidewalks you could drive a car on and where do they walk....yep, in the street.

Fun is fun , you know.....water guns and water balloons and all that. Now it might just be me, but doesn't anybody else get the feeling that this gathering is just about 2 clicks away from a street brawl? You know, somebody gets run over because they wont get out of the street or somebody fires a shot in the air with a real gun and then it's ON? And the poor old cops have got to be caught in the middle of it.
