Waterless boat race tonight at Dixie

Took my son there many many years ago and forgot to change his baseball cap...I backed up to the fence and as the water tanker went around and wet the track, I lit up the grill for hot dogs..By the end of the races, the track was dry and the red clay dust was flying....We both came home happy and his cap was red clay colored..Fond memories!!
Have you ever been to see a waterless boat race? They are junk cars pulling a boat hull around with no trailer. The last one with a piece of boat attached and still running, wins. It’s a blast!

The Stinger class is fun to watch
Usually, if the winds blowing in the right direction, we'll hear them running here at the house on Saturday nights.
