Dont need to be licensed to resale if its not there primary source of income. More power to them if they sell, just means they priced it right.

Ehh that's a slippery slope. If you purchase with the intent to flip for a profit I think the ATF would disagree with you. But proving that is nearly impossible so to each their own.

What does it mean to be “engaged in the business of dealing in firearms”?
