Weight loss Challenge started

Never to late guys, this week's progress has been slow. Treadmill time and distance has been increased. Pants I couldn't wear before this are wearable now. Down 26 total since the start. Going on vacation in November so I can use the money............
 
I am proud of you guys, but you need to start putting back my money now so it won't be so difficult. I am down 20 so far and just getting warmed up. Am walking 5 miles 3 days a week and running 5, 3 days a week. Haven't done that in years. Digging old clothes out of the closet as well. Overalls fit again.

I do the treadmill twice a day during the week and once a day on the weekends. Was 10 minutes per session, now it's up to 11. I add a fraction of distance every week
 
I'm going to start my work outs next week. Fingers crossed. I've Breen saying that for 2 weeks now and have gone but not consistant
