Wow dad, that is great! PM me your address and I will have a postal mo on the way Monday unless there is someone out there who claims to have beat that. Hope everyone keeps going til they hit their goal. I am going to keep working on the exercise and drop about a pound a week until I get to 175-180. Good job everyone who participated and shed some weight.
