Leaving GON for douchebag moderation makes perfect sense. Coming here and acting like assholes doesn't make much sense... but if that's how y'all roll, well then WELCOME!
For sure. It used to not be like that and was a lot of fun. You couldn’t cuss but the censor would just catch it and as long as you weren’t cussing somebody the mods didn’t care. They had more of a “Boys will be boys but y’all keep it down to a dull roar and don’t make physical threats against anybody.” At that time it was nothing to have a few hundred people online at any given time. Slowly a few stick up their ass mods have been allowed to tighten the screws little by little to the point that they average like sixty people over there. A lot, and I mean a whole lot of the long time members who were big contributors and had high post counts just got disgusted and left. Those are the ones they didn’t find a way to ban. It’s less active now than it has been since I joined in 2007 but there are more mods than ever before. Sixty something folks are being moderates by like twenty mods. It’s a joke.
I get that y’all boys dont love us showing up here but more than likely there are more GON people coming as the word gets out that this place isnt run like a kindergarten or like a police state.
Oh I gotcha. Not as far as I know. I didn’t know anybody here except the few GON guys that had accounts here from years ago. I’m just a **** talker. It’s almost always meant as just a joke. But let some jackass think he’s gonna brace up on me and I will make him look like a horse’s ass and laugh at him while I do it.
