What’s for Supper!

Wife wanted a pot of Irish stew for supper! Cooked beef sirloin tip roast and broke it up then added carrots, taters,garlic, and onions , pepper and salt to taste. Cooked mushrooms and added to pot with can sweet peas ! Added milk and flour thickening and simmer for 30 minutes! Going to make whole wheat flour bisquits in little while! Good eats!

We've been kinda in rut for dinner lately. Wife went on pinterest and sent me a bunch of new recipes to try. Tonight was Marry Me Chicken. Basically chicken breasts served with sundried tomato cream sauce. Served it over some brown rice and a simple salad. It was pretty good and very easy, 1 pan not including the pot for the rice. No pics, but this is the recipe I used.
