This is how I marinate everything but a shoulder or butt. Get you a vacuum sealer. Chicken thighs for tonight.

The best I have made yet. Some Traeger chicken rub, olive oil and some worchishire. Marinade 1 hr and grill it up. Was incredible.

Those look great. I haven’t smoked ribs in ages. Seems like iIt’s always steak, butts, pork chops, or chicken. I’m looking for a new pellet smoker/grill now. May be one of the first things I cook.
