At a fundraiser meeting for my kids school back in the 80s it was suggested that we charge $20 for a little plate of spaghetti, salad and a piece of garlic bread. Being my ever popular self, I stood up and said, "I might pay that if the spaghetti sauce was made with manatee." The lady sitting beside almost split her side laughing. When I sat down she said, "Thank you for that. I wanted to say something but it wouldn't have been near as funny!" The powers that were decided $20 was a bit steep after all. Nowadays it'd be a deal!

Elk gets my vote

For me Game animal would be elk, moose, caribou, whitetail in that order.

Wild bird/waterfowl I would go with turkey, dove, duck, goose in that order as well.

Game fish would be crappie, brim, bass, catfish for freshwater. Swordfish, Mahi Mahi, redfish, snapper for saltwater.
