What’s the worst accidental discharge you have seen!

There was/is a dude on here that dam near blew his hand off a couple years ago....he posted pics.
Can't remember who it was or the thread....maybe someone else will chime in about it.

I remember that, I think he lost a finger when they rebuilt his hand. Gross photos!

@bgolden was his handle - maybe he will post pics, nasty stuff

Anyone on here that thinks it cant happen to them, it can. The chances are just way too great against you the more you handle a gun. All you can do is try to be as safe as you can be and never never never point any gun at anything you dont want dead.
I have been handling guns my whole life almost and i shot a hole in the dash of my suburban clearing a CZ-75 .

BamaFan BamaFan knows this story.

Guy in our office was fondling his brand new Springfield Loaded. Racked the slide, dropped the mag, and put a 45acp critical defense through his left shin. Broke his leg and the company made a firearms policy shortly after. We didn't let him forget that.

We made the tape outline where he was laying in the floor bleeding. It was about a week after Sandy Hook so when we called 911 about 50 cops showed up. They interviewed us all separately to see if our stories lined up. We found the bullet (and some leg meat) in a folder full of papers under his desk.

He was in shock and I was on the floor holding him telling him he was going to be okay. He kept asking if he was going to lose his leg and I kept saying no - but in my mind I was thinking "Welcome to pirate-hood...."

I called him a week or so after he got out of Grady and asked him how it was going and he said he'd been home with his wife, his mom, and his mother in law for a week and was kinda wishing he'd shot himself in the ear!

Good times!
