What are some unpopular gun opinions you have?

I personally don't like 9mm for SD.

I do like .40 for SD and plinking.

I'm not a big fan of Glocks, M&Ps, Shields, etc.

I like my Remington 597 a LOT better than the 10/22s and other .22 semi auto rifles out there.

I don't see the big deal about the new Bren rifles.

I'm sure I have others.

pistols should have a grip safety, or a thumb safety, or both.

556 is too darn loud for home defense.

Old shoulders shouldn’t shoot 308.

Rubber and plastic does not belong on revolvers. Wood grips are king.

I absolutely love bump stocks, twin 10/22s set up with a hand crank like a Gatling gun and aerosol bb machine guns! Just because you city boys don't like to get deep in the woods and spray targets doesn't make it dumb! Oh, and I absolutely would take a Rem 597 over any rotary bs any day of the year! Is that unpopular enough for the ODT range operators?
