What are some unpopular gun opinions you have?

If the price of any used Glock starts with a "4", it's probably overpriced.

On the other hand, any Glock priced under $400 is probably ragged-out, stolen, stippled, missing mags, and otherwise undesirable (and that's putting aside the fact that sub $400 Glocks are pretty rare, even the on-line police trades in, which are usually 40's and in which shipping and transfer puts them back over $400.)
Most of the G's I've stumbled into in the last 10 years, have run me right at $400, and no way/no how was i getting them any cheaper. $400-$450 is a deal, if it's clean, and has the factory mags and stuff.

Your thinking has a surprising parallel to the way the Liberals think, the essence of which is: "agree with exactly what I think on a given issue, or you're ANTI the issue".
( basically, they insist we go along with every one of their solutions and beliefs on, for example, the environment, and if we don't, then they morph that into meaning we hate the planet, want Yosemite and Yellowstone to be strip mined, and want to see school children drinking mud-water in their water fountains. That about right ?)
I have a problem allowing firearms for people that are demonstrably bat**** crazy, or can't stop mugging people and robbing liquor stores, ergo, I must not "support the 2nd amendment". OK, gotcha.
Given your bizarrely detached-from-reality way of thinking, I'm starting to have concerns about YOU possessing firearms, LOL!!! :becky:
Actually, this thread is about posting unpopular gun opinions and that is what I have done. You have endeavored to call that opinion stupid, narrow minded, short sighted, blah, blah, blah.

Your inability to accurately represent that exchange is where the Parallel to liberalism is to be found.

HOW Did I miss this thread? I'm an opinionated old bastard So here we go.

1. If you spent over $600 for a Colt Python and didn't already sell it for bank. you are a fool. Biggest POS revolver ever made.
2. If you want a real nice SAA to actually fire save your money and buy 3 Uberti's and not pay out the nose for a real Colt.
3. Your gran pa's Remington 742 was and still is a POS
4. Your great Gran Pa's Browning Sweet 16 is not worth a fortune. They made a trillion of them.
5. 6.5 Creedmore is ghey.
6. Glocks are mass produced plastic guns with no soul or class.
7. Norinco AKMs are not the best AK ever produced. They are not rare and not worth $2600.
8. If your gun has not sold on the ODT after 6 months. You are either just wanting to show it off or may have overpriced it.

My opinions are like, well we know. everybody has one and they all stink.

Aside from the occasional long range accuracy shoot, a good Ak trumps Ar all day. Name brand fanboy fad riders that run blank ammo, while running a blank optic, while running blank furniture...so on...can we do away with the word run/running and just say use? made by "blank tactical this, tactical that"...gets repetitive and sounds like you're trying to hard.

I think this list needs to be pinned at the top of all the trading sections

AR upper to lower fitment is not my primary concern when looking at an AR.
Titanium anything on an AR is a waste of money.
If you have a magwell grip AND a forward vertical grip on your AR you may have eaten paint chips as a child.
If you have a magnified optic and a bipod on your AR pistol you may still be eating paint chips.

Not the first to say the snake series Colts aren't that great.
What is wrong with 6.5?
