Trout, on cedar plank, light coat of Dukes to help keep them moist and tender, a small container/stone wear dish of Ole Smoke and cook in the skin and when cooked to your
desired time and easy to peel, just some tartar sauce, or cocktail sauce, roasted potatoes, and salad that's a real great meal also...
