What are Your Thoughts on a SCCY CPX-2 9mm?

I had one and no complaints other than the super long trigger pull. You might want to spend another 50 or 80 bucks and get a Ruger lc9s. Striker fire and excellent shooters for just a little more money

I rented 3 compact 9mm pistols at a range a few weeks ago.
The SCCY was one of them.

I didn't like how it fit my hand.
I didn't like the long reach to the trigger.

I didn't like the super-heavy double action only trigger pull.

It was the LEAST favorite 9mm I've ever used.

After looking at the cost of a trigger job on the SCCY, that puts me into the market range of the Kahr CM9 which I've heard is the smallest reliable 9 mm pocket gun.

For the Taurus PT111-G2 Millennium which is on sale all the time for around $200, Galloway Precision makes an all stainless steel guide rod for $30. I have shot the Taurus before and would make the guide rod swap.

I have one that my wife had to have because the frame is aqua blue. I'm the only one who has shot it lol. Pretty cute shooting an aqua blue gun at the range. It has been reliable for the 100 or so rounds it has been shot. The trigger is horrible though.
