most the guys here are so out of shape that id be surprised if they were able to tie their own shoes.

They actually can. Train as you are. Most students are just regular citizens looking to increase their chances of WINNING a fight. It is a fantastic class mixed with beginners that have never carried a gun, to EDC people that are looking to get ahead and up to very experienced LEO, Military, students w many years of training under their belt and Instructors that want to polish their skills.
