Out of 7 pages of responses, you're the only one that has had a positive experience at the 10 year mark. Interesting.Have had Verizon for over 10 years and have always been very happy with them. One of the few times in life I hit at the perfect time and upgraded my phone years ago when the Galaxy S4 was free to upgrade if I did another 2 year contract. Just a few months after that they eliminated contracts and started charging for every single phone! My wife refuses to get a smart phone so we have the basic phone discount and I only have 250 mb data plan (only use data when home on wifi) so our bills only about $70 mo. They've even notified me twice when my bill was able to be lowered, and I actually got more with my plan to boot!
Question how is your coverage out in the sticksstraight talk, 40$ per m0nth, unlimited everything, tech support at wally world phone centers
Good everywhere we've been from Mountai9ns of N Ga, Fla, Ala, Miss, up to Indiana, only dead spot is at Riverbend Gun Club as odd as that may sound coming from Riverbend.,Question how is your coverage out in the sticks
Yeah that's unfortunate. We've actually been with them for about 13 or 14 years and have always had good service and customer service with them. Just a few months ago I went over my data plan (which is very small). I had my alert set and the limiter set to shut off just shy of the limit. For some reason my wifi got turned off on my phone (I was at home so should not have been using data) I was watching a youtube video and as soon as I got the alert that I had reached my data limit I got a text saying I had gone over my limit and would be charged for another gig of data. I think it was $10 or $15. I called them immediately and explained what happened and that I would like the charge taken off. They checked my account and saw that this never happens and they would remove the additional charge immediately-which they did. Always have had good coverage, good service and little to no reason to call CS but when I did it was not a problem which is the entire reason I've had no reason to leave. Possible caveat is that we typically only use our phones as phones (lol) and the few times I use it for online stuff I'm on the home wifi, plus thats all we have with them-no tablets or anything else. Hopefully they will treat you better when you call!Out of 7 pages of responses, you're the only one that has had a positive experience at the 10 year mark. Interesting.
I just got an email from Verizon, for +$17 for each line (2x) I can be unlimited everything. That would be $210 for 2 lines, unlimited. I'm going to call Verizon one last time and see if they have a competetive deal, if not it's off with their heads and onto Straight Talk or Cricket.

Question for you -- you have unlimited data? I don't see that in their plans -- I have Consumer Cellular and I wouldn't trade it.Consumer Cellular $50.00 month, 2 phones, unlimited everything, and no CONTRACT EVER.
