Not trying to be condescending, its the truth. A whole lotta folks neglect what really matters, and that is their body. Buckets of food, and cans of water are great, but don't substitute for a healthy lifestyle. All the preparedness in the world means nothing if you are suffering from diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, or are obese. I would liken it to folks that have lots of defensive firearms and have never taken a defensive training class. If you feel inferior as a result of my post I'm sorry, but that isn't my fault. Don't underestimate how important it is to do preventive maintenance on your body.It never ceases to amaze me what a condescending A**HOLE you are! Even IF you ever made a good point, which I've only seen minor scraps of, you're incapable of doing it without trying to make everyone else feel inferior. You must have a very fragile and overinflated ego. Sad. Well, get out there and run boy, cause as they say- you can run, but you'll just die tired!![]()
An A-hole, c'mon, I even changed my avatar to something less offensive.

You're right though, I am amazing!
