I used to smoke/grill a bunch of meat on the weekend. It would end up being the basis of whatever lunch I took to work. Chicken breast is a very good option because you can use it a hundred different ways. Chicken and rice. Salad with chicken. Chicken sandwich. And so on. It's pretty easy to throw together a lunch when you have a bunch of smoked chicken in the fridge.

I eat a real good breakfast in the morning 👍. Then lunch can be lighter. Keep some crackers handy. Bananas get you through till supper too 👍👍

want an eye opener...go to Houston's for lunch...I met my sister there a couple weeks ago....almost $100....now, I did get a couple cocktails...Houston's cocktails are over $15 per....
