I cook every week. Pork loin, ribs, chicken, or steak. Make mashed potatoes or rice and add a vegetable. I buy cold cuts and a loaf of bread. One meal and 1 sandwich at work.

I cheated today and got a taco from my buddy’s Mex restaurant mi alazan.

Tacos are ALWAYS good but the carbs get my fat azz.
