What do you prefer to carry in Summer? Snub Nose Revolver or Sub Compact Semi?

I can toss an loose fitting XL sports shirt on and cover most any full size pistol.

There is something to be said for familiarity

A shield if wearing a tighter fitting shirt but I can carry a compact double stack if I wear a slightly larger shirt with no issue.

This post was started 30 months ago and came back up in a search. We have had two summers. There have been several new releases. I’m just curious how everyone’s carry has stayed the same or changed.

For summer, its hard to beat my Sig P365. 13 rounds of 9mm in something that small/compact, a GREAT factory trigger, great factory sights. I carry it in a Vedder Lite-Tuk aiwb holster.

Revolver, twice the weight, half the capacity. No thank you.
