What do you rub on your butt?

I spread more of the mustard concoction on the butt and added more wood. Grill temperature has been between 250-300, internal temperature is 140. I love my Weber but smooking takes a lot constant attention. Well wort it.

I'll wrap the butt when the internal temp hits 160 and finish at 180.
