What does this stock belong to?

Time to clean out! I have no idea what this is for. It was in some of my dad's "stuff". Time for it to go. But it would be nice to list what it actually is. I "think" it's off an old ADL but not sure.

Looks like a Rem700 LA ADL. Measure from one stock bolt hole to the other. If the measurement center-to-center is 7.350”, that should be a Rem700 LA stock.

Scratch that. Closer measurement says 6.5" Short action it is. Dang, if it had a mag well I'd keep it.

The one I have has a hard buttplate (no recoil pad like the one in that link), no gouges but it's high gloss and the finish certainly has plenty of scratches. $50?
If I was going to put it on a hunting rifle I'd leave as is. I guess it would be a good project to refinish. Hmmm... Anyone have a barreled action they don't want?
