What food are you responsible for on Thursday for Thanksgiving?

Big dinner with the sister-in-law's family. Around 20 people.

My wife does the deviled eggs, I drink the family patriarch's scotch and watch my brother-in-law fry the turkeys.

I thought YOU were the family patriarch??!?!

Turkey in oil less fryer, 2 grilled chickens and fresh duck wrapped in bacon or whatever I kill that morning. Has been goose or ring neck.

Best part of going to someone else's house every year is not having to cook everything. I usually take homemade cranberry sauce and a homemade dessert. This year was an orange-cranberry pound cake.

My wife's sister-in-law's family's dad. We're about the same age, but I defer to him since the dinner's at his home.
And, God bless him, he pours me a large 18 yo Glenfiddich as soon as I walk through the door.
