What gun are you most proud to own?

Out of all of the firearms I have, the one that carries the most value is my Grandfather's New Haven .22lr rifle. He had this with him at all times running the Green River expeditions. The sights have drifted quite a bit but I won't touch his settings and just compensate when I shoot it.

And here's the rifle....worth more to me than my entire collection.

Luger that my grandfather took off of an SS soldier that he shot in France. I did some research on it way back noting that it isn't a standard Luger, and it turned out to be a tanker model. Asked my grandfather about the stock, and he said that it was a pain to carry so he chucked it into the woods.

Well this man was no joke. Navy World War II veteran, EMT, Fireman, Freemason and river guide. The answer to your question is they look more manly because they were.
