They just opened at great clips where I'm at. 4.99 per hair cut til the end of the month, and you get a coupon for another free hair cut next month. We also have a barber shop run by two ladies, that I prefer to go to, but sometimes I don't have the time to shoot the breeze and wait.

Stay away.There is a reason they are cheap.
I take it you've had a bad experience there.
City Barber on Main St in Clayton, Ga. Been going there for almost 30 years. 2 Barber chairs, $10 haircuts and all the BS you can stand. There is usually a rifle or shotgun for sale over the mirror.
I went to one in Jacksonville every now and then that you walk in grab a beer out of the fridge, have a seat and watch TV while they cut your hair.
