I've noticed that the demographics at SGH have changed, but the area still looks nice. At least the parts I travel through pretty much daily.

Driving through is fine but moving back there is another. I moved to hall county and havent looked back

Pretty much yea. Almost everything west of 124 and south of 78 is complete crap. The area to the northeast of 124/78 is just partial crap.
