Here's my take on driving: When you are behind the wheel, your number one and ONLY priority is to pay attention to driving and what's going on around you. Drive with the number one goal of NOT affecting other people on the road. What does that mean? It means don't cut anyone off, don't make an action that causes someone else to react to you, think ahead and drive defensively and considerate!!

Driving the g/f's truck they got me for 79 in a 55 (on I-20 near 75/85). Officer gave me a 24mph over ticket then said keep it under 75. Really? Advocating breaking the law. Btw, I was in the right lane getting ready to exit and had been cruising in it near 80 since I had left 285. By far not the fastest vehicle on the road that day either. Just raise the dang limit to 70, or even 75 already.
They could raise the speed limit 85 and some morons especially dawsonville drivers will cruise at 60. IN THE LEFT LANE and won't move for anyone. It don't matter if I am driving my beater jeep or my wifes newer vehicle morons will still ride my bumper even if both lanes are moving the same speed and I have now where to go with a line of cars in front of me.my buddy tailgates real bad and I told him numerous times that he is driving like a jerk and that it really pisses people off. He did not think he was doing anything wrong....ignorance.
Well just the other day he was tailgating on 400 and rear ended someone who stopped normally with traffic and he totaled his truck. He complained to me and told him it serves him right because I warned him it would happen sooner or later.
I try to be respecful of other peoples lives and I get really pissed off when people use their vehicle as a weapon because they are too chicken to act like that on two feet face to face with a stranger.

i just put it on cruise at 65 and let others fly by me. i'm not in enough of a rush to get killed or pay a $200 ticket
the speed limit is just that, the fastest limit at which you are allowed to drive. unless there's a minimum speed limit, then i won't need to go no more than 5-10 over the limit if i do go over
