What is the COOLEST .22 pistol out??

I'm leary of the Sig Mosquito and the Walther P22... I had a P22 for awhile and finally traded it. A friend of mine has had a Mosquito for several years now. In my opinion, both of those have the same problem- the slides are zinc. My P22 started showing some significant mushrooming/rounding off at the slide catch. (I didn't read all the posts- this could have been covered before)

I'll have to snap a couple MK II pictures this evening. Those are my favorite .22 pistols.

Once I sorted out the ammo for my Mosquito I like it a lot better....its picky with ammo, mine seems to like the CCI stuff, and it likes to be clean and well lubed.

I got this for my wife about 5 years ago to get her started. It's a little S&W 2213. SA trigger and very easy to handle-

I have read that they & many other .22s are made cheaply by airsoft (GSG & Umarex comes to mind) companies, hence the sub par materials.

To me the coolest .22 is the S&W M41. Several different barrel lenghts, and very accurate. But, I do have this "thing" about S&Ws.
