What is this copper induction line on the lugs of this 700?

New rifle. Bolt lug has a line of copper on the front shoulder of the lug only. Model 700 stainless 20" 5r 1:11.25 ROT black cerakoted.

the Remington bolt handle is held on by induction brazing. Also, the front of the bolt is a separate piece with both locking lugs and it is held into the bolt body by induction brazing. the brazing uses copper...

normal although you don't always see it there. Lugs are not brazed on..
 
That's what I "guessed" and told the man. I knew that Rem had changed the way the bolt handle was fixed onto the sleeve. It should only be a cosmetic issue I think to that customer. He paid a lot of money for the rifle and my LGS that sold the rifle was trying to make him happy. We all said "Go shoot it first before you start in with customer service."
