Most likely farm implement tool or old car tool.

Old school fire hydrant wrench.

It's an old universal drain plug wrench for cars and tractors.

It should have a brand on it somewhere. Werbrand, Ford, Mossberg all made wrenches like this.

I am guessing some type of farm tool. I run into a lot of this stuff and I got to tell you some of it was so job-specific and produced in such small quantities I must have had some kind of stamp or marking I just put it into the I don't know box I have one I'm going to post and I know someone here is going to be able to help me

Im with harrycalahan i think its a fire hydrant wrench

Looks like the wrench used in older torch tanks. Used to see them tied with a piece of wire to the tanks on old torches.
