TOTALLY agree. The only time i use Dukes, i add horseradish to it so it has some flavor.

How damned old are you? I'm 77 years old; and I can remember mayo from the stores when I was a little kid. On a side note, I can remember when a loaf of bread from the store was sold unsliced; but that isn't the subject of this thread.

Back on thread....try a jar of Great Value Real Mayonnaise from Walmart. You will be pleasantly surprised.

Not old as you are, but I grew up behind the rusty curtain, so basic food (that we could not grow ourselves) was either rationed or not available. And yes I grew up with unsliced bread and non-homogenized milk as well.

Kraft - Real Mayonnaise... My wife was raised using Miracle Whip - YUCK!!! She would make us sandwiches (Good Wife) and I could tell if she made hers first and then contaminated my sandwich with Miracle Whip residue...
