BBQ smoked beans with a 5 lb smoked boston butt in them.
Homemade BBQ sauce 3 ways, peach,, rootbeer, and spicy.
Tater salad, and keto key lime cheesecake for dessert.
Lit the pit at 11 pm last night!.
Mr. Brisket is taking a nap in the cooler already.

PowerBar, 2 apples, and lot of water. Working 12 hrs day and won't get home till 1830. However, I did smoke 12# of lemon pepper wings Saturday for the game.

Ya'll are killing me with your ribs and your bacon and bourbon... I will now raid the fridge. Good leftovers are inside, but I will be imagining they are baby backs and loaded taters.
