What model Glock do you carry the most?

G43 in my pocket when it's hot. Two extra mags with +2 extensions.
G19 when cold enough for a jacket. Two extra G17 mags.
G17 under the dash. Two extra mags.
G41 converted to 10mm in the woods and as a nightstand gun. Two extra mags.
All Gen 4.

If weapons that take Glock mags count:
Suppressed Just Right Carbine SBR secured in my vehicle. Ten extra 32 round mags.
Ruger PC9 in the bedroom. Eight extra 32 round mags. (I'll jump all over the 10mm conversion when it comes out.)

Curious.. why the G41 converted to 10mm instead of G40 in 10mm?

Lighter and has a slim slide. It will fit my open ended G19/17 holsters. I also like the idea of having two calibers for a fraction of the cost of a second weapon. My "G17" is actually a G22 converted to 9mm for the same reason. This way I have the choice of 9mm, 40 S&W, 45 ACP or 10mm in a total of two weapons.

I keep the 40 S&W barrel in my Go-Bag in case that's the ammo I can get my hands on. (Yes, 40 S&W functions just fine out of Glock 9mm mags.)

I'll occasionally shoot competition with the G41 converted back to 45 ACP. It's also a hell of a lot less expensive to practice with it in 45 configuration.

You also have the choice of .357 Sig, and it is a rock solid choice, at worst.

As you explained in your post Bear, this is exactly why I like .40 cal Glocks. I believe a G27 is the most versatile handgun available. It can be converted to 3 different calibers with a barrel change, and it will accept any double stack Glock mag from any of those calibers. Total investment:$650-$700, not including extra mags.

If the 40 functions in a 9mm mag, you can bet the 357 will, too. No extra mags needed. Even better! It goes the other way, too. 9mm works out of a 40 Glock mag.

I never tried .40 out of a 9mm mag, but I have tried 9mm out of a .40 mag and it wasn't the best, so I did invest is some dedicated 9mm mags..Money well spent.. .357 and .40 are the same exact mag, to my understanding. I never experienced a problem with either.

I didn't do as much testing of the 9 out of the 40, but I ran the 40 out of the 9 pretty hard and it was flawless.
