assholes turning on their hazard flashers while it is raining. It serves no purpose, and I have no idea why they travel in the fast lane with them on instead of pulling over.
People that don't know what the sign "Keep Moving" means. ****ers!!!!
Driving in the rain in stealth mode (no lights on)
Oh yea the dumb bastards that brake when there is ice on the roads. Do they not understand that causes them to spin. Seen lots of that during the ice storm.

I can't stand the self important A-Holes that have to climb up your ass while you are going 75 and make 200 lane changes to get three car links ahead of you in traffic...

Hmm, I'm from N FL, and we have our share of 'tards but I mainly came across that in Boca/Ft Lauderdale and thereabouts.
Forgot about this one... my 6000 pound truck does not stop on a dime. Especially when I'm not planning on stopping.
Cell phones. Especially when the person on it is driving too slow on the interstate.
Riding in my blind spot. Then I accelerate or slow down a little to get your car into a place I can see it, and you accel/slow down and stay put.
People who cut me off when you've had all the time in the world to pass that slow car, but wait until I'm almost right beside your car.
