It's poison oak, smoke it up it will make you turn red all over

Really? I thought poison oak had three leaves. I started eating it when I was a kid. Literally. My grandmother used to have me eat it. I don't get it(a rash from Ivey etc).. at all. This however stayed alive all winter. So I didn't think it would be. Poison sumac is what I thought it was, but I wasn't sure. I thought poison oak and Ivey dies in the winter.

It is euonymus. Pronounced you on a mis. The solid green is not seen much as the golden variegated type is way more common it is a vine like shrub that can be trained into a hege or ground cover. My guess is a bird crapped out a seed and therefore it reverted back to solid green.
