What to do with it?

I fell this 75' oak this past December and just now getting around to clearing it out of my path down to the river.
The trunk is a good 24" in diameter and wonder what type of projects would be good for it.
It's nice and straight for about 12 feet before getting into any knots or limb shoots.
I would be open to selling it if the right offer came along.
