Big lures catch big fish. I would polish the brass on your rooster tail. Replace that rusty treble hook. Hard to say what size that lure is. That is an inline spinner capable of catching most any sport freshwater fish, even a flathead catfish.

Its 2" from the tip of the brass to the end of the hook

It looks like a 1/16th or 1/8th ounce judging by the size/length of the body itself.
That is a lure that can and will catch just about every species of fish out there.

I forgot to mention that the weight of the lure is usually stamped on the metal spoon part of the lure.
I’ve caught striped bass on the larger, 1oz sized ones.
