Two I really like that don't break the bank are the regular Jefferson Bourbon and the Redemption Bourbons (regular and High Rye).

The Jefferson is usually around $30 a bottle and the Redemption is slightly less.

Aged rums are something I really want to try out soon! The more I get into cigars the more I hear people tell me to try a good sipping rum with them. After never having anything better than captain morgan I think I may have to give it a shot!
