What would you do if some kids pointed an AR15 pellet gun at your wife??

The 70 year old man probably isn't in prime ass kicking shape.
Old men don't fight, they just shoot your ass.
Call the police. while on the phone just mention "assault rifle" and every cop on the force will show .
Buy the family a puppy for christmas. Leave it on the doorstep with a note asking them to care for a defenseless animal that only wants love and companionship.
Let them grow to love it. As the years go by and the puppy grows they too will grow as people and eventually understand what it means to love selflessly.
Then shoot the dog in front of the kids to teach them a valuable lesson on gun safety.

I thought long and hard about this.
Shoot the kids in self defense next time, and then put the gun in the husbands work room with forged murder/suicide note.
They'll think the husband chickened out when he went to off himself and charge him.
During trial be an outspoken advocate for the children and sit next to the wife as often as possible.
Build a relationship with her, drive her around to places, even start a non-profit in memory of her children dedicated to helping women and children living with homicidal fathers.
Then after the trial and after you've built such an extensive relationship.........have sex with her, then never call her back, only leave a note on the fridge that says, "**** YOU, AND YOU KNOW WHY!".
