Our neighbors across the street said, it's going to be like with the father... I guess the guy just threw his wife and kids out, moved the new girlfriend in the next day with her kids.

I'm not looking to press charges or anything but I can't just let it go either!

I will sleep on it one more night... but as of right now, I think tomorrow afternoon the wife and I will just go down to the police dept and file a report.

Grow a pair and go set their house on fire!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would "report" this to the parents first. See what kind of reaction you get before involving he local constabulary force. Kids will be kids, the things I did growing up would land most kids in jail for a long time now. Hopefully the parents will be understanding and have a serious talk with the little brats. If you are met with resistance you will know why the kids did what they did and act like idiots, as they're parents are just that.
