A progressive is NOT the way to go.
A turret will be fine and you'll make them plenty fast with a lot less aggravation.
Believe us. I've taught many people to reload and a progressive isn't the way to go when learning.

Hornady makes a good sigle stage press kit, and rhese guys typically have very good prices. Just add dies and a tumbler setup.
