Caused this?

Sig p365xl, put a mag in it racked a round in the chamber, fired 1 round and it blew the bottom of the mag off hitting me in the leg, and all the remaining round fall all over the ground, and the round did not eject and was stuck in the chamber.

It is American eagle ammo I bought 2 years ago, not reloads

Kinda what I was thinking, don’t remember looking to see if it chambered all the way, as I just pulled it back and let it go
