A little late getting to the thread...not for dinner tonight.
Bought a bushel of oysters Saturday morning; and we've been eating them ever since. The first pic is pretty obviously raw oysters on the half shell. The second pic is also oysters on the half shell; except they are drizzled with garlic butter and sprinkled with shredded mexican cheese and crumbled fried bacon....then baked for a few minutes.
