Last night was. Meatloaf. Scalloped potatoes and corn bread


Tonight is homemade pizza.

MAKING CHEF SUPRISE. I PUT 4 CHICKEN BREAST IN SOME OLIVE OIL AND BROWNED,PUT CARROTS,SWEET ONIONS,CORN,GREEN BEANS,SAN MARTIN TOMATOES FOR 3 HRS THEN EGG NOODLES. SIDE OF CORN BREAD. GOES A LONG WAY

Dinner tonight:
Thin spaghetti with alfredo sauce, spinach and tomatoes along with baked flounder... 2 flavors, one with EVOO, salt & pepper other was lemon pepper with EVOO.

Kids and wife gobbled it up!!!

Cowboy burgers, Chicken Jalapeño Poppers, Louisiana Jalapeño Poppers (gator tail, scallops & andouille sausage) and homemade sweet potato fries.
