What's going on the smoker/grill today?

I put these on the pitboss this morning at 8:15. Took them off about 3:20. It was actually one pork loin from Costco ( I cut in two where it would fit on my smoker). Slathered it with yellow mustard then gave it a good rub with Weber’s brown sugar rub.

going to let it rest for a bit then slice it into chunks and pull it. We’ll put some up for sandwiches and some for a batch of Brunswick stew.
